The TedX LSU 2017 titled sequence was designed to express the Chain Reaction theme through a series of motifs designed to move the audience through human progression from early formation of life, all the way through a bright future empowered by technology and interconnectedness.
The sequence represents the following:
Formation | Life begins in a simple form
Fire | Early man discovers fire, fuels the human race
Enlightenment | Civilization prospers by spreading ancient wisdom
Grid | We build cities and shape a new form of civilization
Technology | We look to a new era of understanding and possibilities
